The Bihar Para Sports Association (BPSA) welcomes dedicated individuals to become part of its coaching network for para-athletes across Bihar. Coaching plays a vital role in promoting inclusion, skill development, and excellence in para-sports.

BPSA conducts statewide coach registration to identify, train, and deploy certified para-sports coaches for competitions, training camps, and development programs.

• Physical Education Teachers and Sports Trainers
• Former para-athletes and retired sportspersons
• Coaches certified by NSNIS, SAI, PCI, or sports federations
• Professionals in rehabilitation or physiotherapy
• Volunteers passionate about inclusive coaching
