About Us

About Us – Bihar Para Sports Association (BPSA): – The Bihar Para Sports Association (BPSA) is the officially recognized apex body for the promotion, regulation, and development of para-sports in Bihar. Formed on 1st April 2000 by Dr. Shivajee Kumar, former Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Government of Bihar, the BPSA operates as a non-profit, voluntary, and inclusive organization committed to empowering persons with disabilities through sports.

BPSA is registered under the Society Registration Act, 1860, and operates from its headquarters at:
